Mark Spiteri is a Senior Manager and iGaming Lead within EY‑Parthenon’s Strategy & Transactions service line. He joined the firm in 2022, bringing over 13 years of professional experience across investment management, financial services and the iGaming industry. Prior to Ernst & Young, Mark worked at Bally’s plc (Gamesys plc), where he managed the strategy function responsible for market research, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking and Finance and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2014.

Ylenia Bugeja is a qualified Statistician and forms part of the Strategy & Transactions department at EY-Parthenon as a Senior Consultant, joining in 2021. She has multiple years of experience working within the financial industry, particularly in financial crime, as well as M&A transactions. She is proficient in leveraging Power BI to analyze data, design interactive dashboards and generate actionable insights. Skilled in data modeling, DAX calculations and creating visually compelling reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
