Areas of focus

Jonathan is a Partner in Infrastructure Advisory with more than 20 years’ industry experience. His experience covers strategic masterplans, national blueprints, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, benchmarking, competition and regulation in the transport sector.

His work has spanned projects in over 25 countries, advising leading airports, ports and operators, including guiding the master planning for some of the world’s largest ports, notably Shanghai, Klang and Hong Kong. He has also consulted on major transactions around the world.

In addition to major corporates, Jonathan’s client portfolio includes national and local governments and related authorities, sovereign wealth funds, multinational development banks and overseas aid agencies.

He holds a BA, an MA and a PhD in Geography from Cambridge University, and is a Certified Management Consultant (ICMCI).
