Areas of focus

Sholape is the Chicago EY-Parthenon office leader. He has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience with most of his work focused on delivering operational transformation and Finance M&A integration/separation projects across sectors, with key clients in the CP&R and Healthcare sectors. He also serves as the executive sponsor for the EY Chicago Black Professional Network.

Sholape holds an MBA degree in Finance from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria.

How Sholape is building a better working world

Sholape is passionate about empowering young, under-represented minorities to advance their careers, grow their networks, and contribute positively to society. He has mentored many aspiring professionals, which has yielded a growing increase in diverse leadership. Sholape firmly believes that a diverse and equitable workplace translates to innovative perspectives, ideas and ultimately solutions.

Sholape is also leveraging his Chicago office leader role to champion collaborative efforts with NGOs in Chicago to promote equity and social well-being.
