Kamo Karapetyan leads the Tax Practice of EY Armenia, advising Armenian and international organizations on tax, regulatory, and accounting matters related to doing business in Armenia.

With more than 17 years of professional experience, Kamo has advised domestic and international clients, as well as financial institutions, across a broad range of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, energy, mining, information technology, manufacturing, aviation, and entertainment.

His areas of expertise include tax consulting, corporate and personal tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax risk advisory, statutory accounting and reporting, and payroll-related services. Kamo has led numerous tax review, tax due diligence, tax audit, tax controversy, and tax litigation engagements, helping organizations address complex tax matters and navigate evolving regulatory requirements.

In addition to his client-facing work, Kamo contributed as a Tax Expert to the development of the Armenian Tax Code and actively participates in public-private dialogue on tax policy and tax administration. He is a member of the Revenue Policy Improvement Board of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia, a member of the Public Council under the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, and a Board Member of the European Business Association (EBA).

Kamo holds a Master's degree in Management from the Armenian State University of Economics.
