In her current role, Mamta focuses on leading transformation across the GDS business consulting portfolio which includes enterprise risk, technology risk, business transformation, finance and supply chain and operations to assist in delivering value to the regions and to EY clients.
Mamta brings more than 20 years of multifunctional experience across consulting, strategy, business planning, marketing, operations and pricing in the professional services industry. She is an engineer and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Mamta is an active D&I champion, and is a coach and mentor to several women within and outside the EY organization. She is helping build a better working world by ensuring better representation of women in leadership positions, building active platforms for their success and by working toward building integrated teams globally that harness the best and most diverse talent.
She is also passionate about nutrition and education of underprivileged children and advocates this through time and efforts.
