Masashi is the Business Transformation Sub-Leader and Transformation Execution Leader at EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd. Masashi spent around 20 years consulting for the production, services, transportation and finance industries, focusing on building operating models.
His project experience in the finance industry includes business mergers, rebuilding front, middle and back operating models and reducing indirect operating costs. He has also worked on projects to build operating models in the railway, aviation, iron and steel, and precision device industries. Masashi graduated from Keio University’s Faculty of Economics.
