Soraya Menai is leading the Technology Consulting and Platforms team in Paris and in charge of Banking Transformation Strategic Solution across EMEIA.
Soraya joined EY consulting teams dedicated to the banking and financial sectors (FSO Consulting) in 2017. She brings her experience on major transformations in retail banking and specialized financial services, addressing all dimensions of such complex programs: Business, Operations, IT and Innovation and Change Management.
After her experience within a major European Bank, she joined the consulting teams of one of the Big Four until 2004. Then, she joined a consulting firm specializing in operations, where she led the transformation and distribution offers in the banking sector.
Soraya is a graduate of EDHEC Business School (top 5 French Business Schools).
