How Stephen is building a better working world

“I am passionate about helping people develop their potential, both with my clients and within the EY teams. When this growth oriented thinking is taken across teams, organizations can transform to become talent hubs for attracting and developing people — benefiting customers, shareholders and employees. While some organizations understand and are operating this way, there are many more who could benefit from this type of approach which will become more important in an increasingly competitive, global environment.”
