Vincent is a Partner in the Financial Services Strategy and Transactions practice of Ernst & Young LLP. In his more than 20 years with the firm, he has worked with many of the largest global financial institutions on strategic acquisitions and dispositions.

Vincent has a BS in Accounting and Economics from the NYU Stern School of Business and an MBA from Columbia University and the London Business School.
