Areas of focus

Kiara is the EY Americas Tax Controversy Leader and a principal with Ernst & Young LLP in the U.S. National Tax Department. She advises corporations, partnerships and individuals on resolving complex issues in IRS audits and administrative appeals.

Prior to joining the EY organization in 2021, Kiara was an attorney at large law firms in Washington and New York, where she litigated some of the most significant cases involving transfer pricing, foreign tax credits and partnership issues. Kiara was also tax counsel for a multi-national manufacturing company, where she managed global tax controversies and transfer pricing matters.

Kiara has degrees from Bryn Mawr College and The George Washington University Law School.
