How Grantley is building a better working world

“I am passionate about making purposeful, secure, and valuable jobs available to everyone. To accelerate progress on this mission, I partnered with a CHRO colleague to define the world’s first dedicated social sustainability measurement framework - assessing the impact companies have on their direct workforce, extended supply chains, the communities around them, and the societies they serve. I advise charities providing career guidance to young people from underserved communities. I also educate MBA students at leading UK universities on the future of work and leadership.”
