Abi is the Innovation and Engagement Leader for the EY Global Corporate Responsibility program, EY Ripples, a role which responds to the ever-changing social landscape and reacts to business priorities.
Abi is passionate about using business as a force for good. With over 20 years of experience at the global EY organization, Abi is outcome driven and has a proven track record of designing and providing on strategic Corporate Responsibility initiatives and, previously, commercial client work.
During her tenure in the Corporate Responsibility team, Abi has led teams and portfolios of work around social entrepreneurship, women in technology, disaster response and AI for good.
Prior to joining the Global Corporate Responsibility team, Abi worked as a management consultant and auditor.
Abi is a chartered accountant and received a master in Health Care Ethics and Law and an LLB in Law.

Abi leads the activation of EY Ripples across the business through integration into service lines, Talent, Learning and Development and events, through which she helps deliver client, people and social value.
In addition, Abi leads the EY Ripples focus on social inclusion which is a growing thematic of the portfolio through which, for example, EY Ripples and Women in Tech have collectively impacted over 250,000 young girls and women.
