Ross has spent his career scaling up customer-centric, technology-enabled businesses. He works with governments, regulated industries and global enterprises to define and deliver bold, customer-led transformation. Ross passionately believes in the power of technology as a force for good – unlocking growth, resilience and societal progress.

He was previously the Group CEO and co-founder of a digital consultancy, which grew to become the Middle East’s largest independent consultancy and was acquired by the global EY organization in July 2023.

Ross has an MA Hons in Modern History from the University of Glasgow.
