How Paul is building a better working world

“I live by three rules that I believe help build a better working world. They are: assuming the best in people, prioritizing coaching others and focusing on well-being. I approach every interaction with a positive mindset, believing that people are inherently good; I believe that mentoring and supporting those around me is a top priority as together we can truly effect change; and I recognize that my well-being directly impacts my leadership effectiveness. By prioritizing self-care, I can lead with clarity, empathy, and resilience and encourage others to do the same.”
