Justin Kilimnik is an Associate Partner in the global EY organization’s Digital Engineering service, where he leads large‑scale transformation programs typically focused on Defense & National Security solutions. He currently serves as Lead Architect for one of the largest and most complex IT modernisation efforts in Australia.

He previously ran the Solution Architecture service at EY and led the Digital Solution Review process across Asia-Pacific handling all major digital deals. Justin has designed high‑security, mission‑critical systems for defense, border protection, emergency services, energy, aviation and social services. Prior roles include senior technical leadership positions across enterprise architecture, software engineering and cloud modernization.
