How Linda is shaping the future with confidence
"I shape the future with confidence by unlocking global mobility where it matters most: people, skills and growth. As an immigration leader at the global EY organization, I help companies and governments design immigration frameworks that are commercial, compliant and future‑ready, supporting talent to move to where economies need it most.
Having lived and worked in multiple geographies, I have quite literally lived my purpose: supporting globally mobile workforces and inclusive growth across borders. My career spans policy‑making and practice, from the UK House of Commons and the European Parliament to advising the Home Office and partnering with immigration authorities across Australia, the UK and Hong Kong. For over a decade at EY, I have balanced resident workforce priorities with global skills shortages while strengthening governance, driving economic growth and helping build a better working world."
