Laura runs EY Customer and Growth strategy services in the UK, and her team supports EY clients to provide and execute sustainable growth strategies. This includes pricing and profitability optimization, commercial strategy, marketing effectiveness, brand strategy, customer insights, and innovative growth. She has spent most of her career in consulting, has worked across sectors and has extensive experience delivering fast-paced large global programs.

With over 15 years of industry and consulting experience in commercial growth strategy, pricing and margin optimization, cost-to-serve reduction, and sales effectiveness, Laura helps global clients increase profitable growth. This is particularly relevant now as traditional sector lines are blurring, there is growing inflationary pressure, and the macro-economic environment continues to be highly volatile.
