Marius is the EY Global Development Leader for Reshaping Results & Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy.
In this role, he helps support the EY organization's global leadership in the development and implementation of strategic priorities. His responsibilities include driving initiatives across multiple geographies and industries. He is also knowledgeable in the planning and implementation of complex transformation programs and new business models, restructuring and cost reduction.
Prior to joining EY, Marius gained extensive experience in restructuring and transformation at a leading global consulting firm. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Münster, Germany.
