Kip is EY Global and Americas Forensic & Integrity Services Life Sciences Sector Leader. He helps companies manage risk and complexity, identify opportunities for long-term value and advance the Finance, C-suite and board agenda. He also serves as the Forensics Industry Group Leader for Consumer and Health, and acts as the Americas Assurance Advisory Leader for the Health sector.
Kip focuses on conducting global compliance assessments, assisting in the development of compliance structures, and performing investigations in the life sciences industry. He works with external legal counsel, internal audit and compliance functions on global matters arising under the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as well as numerous other country-specific and domestic laws.
Kip holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Biology from Washington and Lee University. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
