Areas of focus

Craig has almost 30 years of experience working with a wide range of clients, including corporates, entrepreneurs, regulators, PE, state-owned entities and wealth funds.

He focuses on large-scale, cross-border corporate reorganizations, group simplifications (LER), carve-outs, post-deal integration, joint ventures and new operating models. 

Craig has been a corporate lawyer in private practice for his entire career, variously living and working in London, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Initially practicing as an attorney at Arthur Andersen, followed by a tenure at a prestigious magic circle law firm in London, Craig predominantly concentrates on cross-border transactions, both inbound and outbound. He has been acknowledged as a "Leading Individual" by The Legal 500 independent legal directory and identified as "a notable figure in international transactions."

Craig has a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) degree and a Diploma in Legal Practice from Edinburgh University, a Master of Laws degree from Cambridge University and is a Scottish notary public.
