Anja has solid experience with leadership in complex projects where both organizational development, IT and process have been central elements.

Anja's core competence is within project management, change management, organizational design, and transformations in organizations. She has also been involved in bigger processes within strategy development and implementation.

With her long experience of 15 years in Management Consulting, Anja is especially familiar with operating processes to increase value. She is also highly skilled in facilitating difficult decision-making processes in top-level management, anchoring processes in different stakeholder-groups and preparing ‘'business cases" of a high standard for different organizations. 

Anja has a master’s degree in Health Economics from London School of Economics. She started in EY in 2007 and is based at the Oslo office.
