Maya is helping EY clients design and curate extraordinary experiences that unleash human power through transformation, determined to make work personally meaningful and deliver long-term value. Her work with organizations shifts the “lens” of business transformation from intangible results achieved with people-centricity and workforce development, to measurable value achieved through these investments.

Additionally, Maya leads change through operating model, technology-enabled and digital transformation for some of the largest multinational companies in the consumer, hospitality and tourism, health and life sciences and energy sectors.

Maya has gained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communication at New Mexico State University and additional multidisciplinary graduate-level studies in human communication, business administration and labor relations at Penn State University.

How Maya is building a better working world

Maya collaborates with clients to develop strategies, approaches, internal networks and content that shift workforce behavior and mindsets, drive process and technology adoption and leverage data-driven insights to improve decision-making and business outcomes. Her work has helped clients to deploy new digital and technology solutions, improve workforce performance, and drive higher employee engagement through empathetic and resonant communication.
