How Christopher is building a better working world
Chris advises companies on engaging their people during complex M&A activity in ways that will support ongoing business continuity, plan for the future of the combined or separated companies and maintain or enhance value during the deal. His focus is in helping design future organizations, particularly HR service delivery models, that meet the unique needs of each situation and provide cost-effective support of business processes as defined by client leadership. His daily focus for organizations he serves is balancing what is best for their employees and what is best for their strategic initiative. This balance, he believes, is critical to delivering value for both.
