David is the leader of EY Southwest (SW) Area Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) . Prior to leading the SW FAAS practice, David was an audit partner with Ernst & Young LLP for five years.
He has extensive experience in dealing with Fortune 1000 companies, where he participates in significant M&A activities, as well as divestitures of business segments.
Serving as the Southwest Region IPO leader, David focuses on the IPO market and supporting companies to complete the IPO journey.
He holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University.
