Rachel is a Director leading the UK Organization & Workforce Transformation offering for Financial Services in the People Consulting practice at Ernst & Young LLP.

She has worked with senior leaders in banking and financial services clients on ambitious people transformation initiatives, across strategic workforce planning, organization design, future of work, talent and leadership development and hybrid working. She leads teams in driving innovative and efficient solutions for clients across their workforces, that put humans at the center of the transformation and help leaders to navigate complex and competitive people agendas.

Rachel has extensive experience of advising clients within the financial services sector across the UK and European banking industry. She started her career working in people strategy for the Royal Navy and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, fellow of the CIPD and an EMCC-accredited leadership coach.
