Susanne is the EY Global M&A and Transaction Law Leader, EY Denmark Law Leader, and Partner at EY Godkendt Revisionspartnerselskab. Prior to joining the global EY organization, Susanne worked for 13 years as an attorney at one of Denmark’s largest law firms.
At EY, she assists clients with all aspects of M&A transactions, including restructuring plans, legal due diligence as well as drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Susanne also advises Danish foundations and family offices, often with a focus on corporate social responsibility and philanthropy.
Susanne holds an LLM from Aarhus University and a Master of Law from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago.
She has lived and worked in London, where she worked for a UK law firm in the transactions sector, focusing on the Nordic market. Susanne has also been seconded for a long period as External Corporate Counsel for one of the world’s largest toy manufacturers.
