Ewelina is the EY Global AI Managed Services Leader. She and her team infuse AI, automation and data analytics at the heart of EY Managed Services, allowing every business to harness the power of AI to transform business-critical functions.
For almost 20 years, Ewelina has supported clients across diverse industries to drive large-scale financial and operational transformation, most recently within the context of AI. She is committed to helping organizations find innovative solutions to complex problems — bringing technology and humans together to create tangible, sustainable business value.
Previously, Ewelina led the development and implementation of AI-based software for accounting and finance.
Before joining EY, Ewelina held a senior leadership role at a professional services firm where she advised more than 45 clients on restructuring and turnarounds.
Ewelina has BA and MSc degrees in International Business Administration from the European University Viadrina and an LLM degree from the University of Münster.
