Martin is the tax managing partner for EY in Mongolia. He has been working in the field of international tax for 20 years, with the last 8 years as partner. Martin has been based in various offices including London, Washington DC, and Hong Kong. Martin holds bachelor and master’s degrees from the London School of Economics. He is a frequent speaker at seminars and has authored various articles in an array of tax and finance journals. Martin is frequently consulted by tax authorities in the area of tax policy and has provided training courses to tax authorities in various countries.
