Introduction

This session is tailored with a hands-on approach which enables any organisation to proactively strengthen the weakest link - the employee. The session covers, amongst others, techniques such as Phishing and its variations Vishing and Smishing, Malware & Ransomware, Password Security, Social Networking Dangers, and other real life Cyber-attack scenarios.

All Employees: however, this is also targeted to IT Professionals, not limited to Security Personnel and Development Team, Management, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance Officers, Customer Support and Service Staff

Session Outline

By the end of this session, attendees will familiarise themselves with the latest attacks and techniques used in real-world scenarios and will:

  • be able to recognise real-world attack vectors.
  • learn how to prevent cyber-related incidents and data breaches; and
  • learn how to respond to a potential threat should they become a target.
