Avril is the EY Americas Insurance Marketing Transformation Leader. She focuses on helping firms to solve problems related to customers and growth. She is a translator – either between data scientists or technologists and business leaders, the value she brings is ensuring that technology and analytics deliver actionable insight that results in differentiated customer experiences and grows revenue.

Prior to joining the EY organization, she was a marketing executive, leading teams of data scientists, campaign and customer segment managers in developing and executing customer acquisition, relationship deepening and retention initiatives. As such, she oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets and customer segment P&Ls.

She holds a BA from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Alabama.
