Emilly leads and collaborates on a range of talent management and career development initiatives throughout the Channel Islands. Her role encompasses overseeing recruitment cycles for students and seniors in Jersey, interviewing prospective EY employees and coordinating with new firm members during the onboarding process. Additionally, she provides support within the wider Talent team in areas such as career progression, employee relations, professional qualifications and, most importantly, celebrating achievements. Emilly is committed to guiding individuals at every stage of their journey at EY CI.
Prior to her joining in 2025, Emilly had 10 years of successful recruitment experience in the Channel Islands and the UK. She has experience working across various sectors, including financial services and education, demonstrating a strong ability to adapt and excel in different environments.
