Areas of focus

Ritvik is an experienced operating model strategist and has worked with global Consumer products and Retail organizations across UKI, Europe, Asia and the US.

His areas of focus include business and workforce strategy, operating model development and capability design. Ritvik has led several large, complex transformations and is passionate about helping clients develop their operating models to unlock performance through sustainable organizational change.

His area of functional proficiency includes HR and workforce strategy, commercial excellence and RGM, Finance and digital capabilities (analytics, e-com, and customer experience).

Prior to joining EY in 2021, Ritvik was with a global strategy firm in a similar role of an operating model strategist leading organizational transformations.

Ritvik earned an MBA in Human Resources from IIT, Kharagpur and a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering.
