Mark has over 21 years of experience in advising clients on UK, European and international tax issues.
He has been ranked as a leading tax advisor in the UK section of the Guide to the World’s Leading Tax Advisors, as well as ranked in Chambers & Partners and commended in the UK Legal 500.
Mark was previously a partner at a Magic Circle law firm in London.
Since joining EY in 2011, he has looked after leading financial institution clients in the banking and asset management sectors, advising a variety of banking and financial institution clients on complex and cross-border corporate and financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and business re-organizations, including with respect to Brexit.
