In Tim’s current role as the EY EMEIA Solution Specialist, he works with EY Alliance partners to match class-leading technology with EY industry-leading services. In doing so, he provides better solution offerings that support clients in achieving the best possible business outcomes.

Since 1999, Tim has worked across a wide range of technology-related businesses and industries. Starting his career in the aerospace industry as an advanced mechanical design engineer, Tim moved to a software start-up team, driving the go-to-market strategy of a cloud-based software solution in the early 2000s.  

From there, Tim advanced his career through leadership roles in several large-scale organizations before joining EY. 

Tim also previously worked at a leading advanced analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) company. He led commercial teams in internet of things (IoT) and Managed Analytics Service Provider programs across EMEIA and APAC, further honing his leadership and experience.

How Tim is building a better working world

Almost all industries are in a state of transition, grappling with global disruptions, technical challenges involving cloud and data, and in generating greater insights. Through all this, the foundational business metrics of reducing costs, increasing margins or driving revenues remains consistent. 

Understanding the complexities of how technology, alliances and ecosystems can come together to address specific business problems has been an ongoing challenge for many businesses over the years.
