Areas of focus

Adi is a Partner in Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) Strategy and Transactions in the San Jose office specializing in divestitures. His industry focus is within the technology and telecommunication sectors including the software, SaaS, IT and managed services, internet and communications equipment sub-segments. In his role, Adi has led numerous divestitures for emerging growth and Fortune 500 companies for both corporate and private equity. Adi’s carve out divestiture experience includes sell-side due diligence, SEC compliance and reporting matters, financial statement preparation and project management.

Prior to joining EY US, Adi worked in the financial advisory practice for another Big 4 firm, providing financial restatement, litigation support and other business advisory services to both public and private companies primarily in the manufacturing and business services industry.

Adi earned an MBA from University of Illinois and a BSc in Accountancy from University of Mumbai. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California.
