Areas of focus

As EY Global Tax Automation Leader, Mark is an accomplished tax professional focused on data analytics and process automation. His role is to formulate and drive EY global automation strategy, via the harnessing of existing and emerging automation technologies, to serve EY clients. He has extensive experience advising large multi-national and domestic clients, property clients, infrastructure projects, financial institutions, government and semi-government authorities and industry associations.

Notably, Mark formed and led a team to win the 2017 International Tax Review Asia Pac Tax Innovator of the Year award.

He has a master’s degree in Laws (Tax) with first class honors from University of Technology Sydney and bachelors’ degrees in both Commerce and Law from the University of New South Wales.
