How Lauri is building a better working world

“Successful succession requires knowledge and passion as well as an advanced governance and open-minded approach to innovation and change.

In my daily work, I have the privilege to serve businesses and their owners who have a unique perspective on the role the family should play, the impact their businesses should aspire to make on society and who are equally aware of the long legacy they want to uphold. Finding optimal solutions is therefore never easy, but getting it right is twice as satisfying.”
