Carolina oversees community impact and volunteerism for the Metro New York area. She has been with this practice since 2012. Carolina works with office leadership and EY volunteers to implement programs and sponsorships in the EY Ripples focus areas: supporting the next generation, working with impact entrepreneurs and accelerating environmental sustainability.
Like many College MAP Scholars, Carolina is a first-generation college graduate and attributes her dedication to education to her mentor.
“Because I had a mentor, I applied for college, received a full scholarship, attained a degree and am now doing a job I could only dream of at a company I absolutely love.”
Carolina currently sits on the UW Global Corporate Leaders Advisory Council and has previously served on the Advisory Board for Mentoring at Barnard College and the Executive Advisory Board at the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship.
Carolina has a BA in English from Columbia University.
How Carolina is building a better working world
“I am building a better working world by empowering our people to bring their experience and expertise directly into the communities where we live and work. EY volunteers, as high-performing professionals, apply the distinctive services and skills they use every day to benefit the communities that need them the most.”
