Areas of focus

With extensive experience conceiving, developing, and scaling digital and platform-based businesses, Nathan leads the EY Skills Foundry global technology team and is the People Advisory Services Workforce Planning & Analytics Leader for Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA).

He has over two decades of experience advising clients on digital and analytics strategy across a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, mining and consumer products.

Nathan joined EY through the firm's acquisition of Resolution Logic, a management consultancy firm specializing in technology and advanced workforce analytics, where he was Managing Director and Founder.

He is a fellow at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a CFA Charterholder. Nathan completed his postgraduate studies in Actuarial Science and Advanced Math of Finance at the University of the Witwatersrand.

How Nathan is building a better working world

Nathan is passionate about helping organizations empower their people to drive and effect change in response to changing strategy. He particularly enjoys tackling these challenges at scale using the power of technology and analytics. He has led work across the globe, from establishing Africa’s largest youth employment accelerator, to working with global mega sporting events to build and allocate their workforce.
