Global Web Accessibility Statement – external website (ey.com)

The EY organization has a proud legacy leveraging the talents of people with a broad range of abilities and disabilities. When co-founder Arthur Young’s deafness and low vision kept him out of the legal career he’d trained for, he turned to the emerging profession of accounting, founded a firm, and developed many of the core accounting practices still used today. Building on that legacy, EY is committed to fostering a culture in which everyone feels included and enabled to do their best work. To fulfill the EY purpose of building a better working world for EY people, clients, and communities, we aim to create content and environments free of barriers, so all people can be independent, productive, and fully contribute.

We believe that visitors of ey.com should have a choice on how they view content, and are committed to providing a website that incorporates leading web accessibility practices. The ey.com website has been developed in line with the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA). Accessibility considerations include supporting common browsers, optimizing for a variety of devices and resolutions, adding captions to videos, having transcripts for podcasts, using accessible webpage templates, including alternative text for images, using color and contrast appropriately, designing consistent navigation and search mechanisms, and ensuring usage by keyboard and screen readers.

The ey.com website conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA, while recognizing that some pages may have accessibility errors. Please let us know if you have a disability and need an accommodation or assistance accessing content on this site, if you see errors, or have other suggestions on how we can further improve the accessibility of our site.
