Gordon is the Senior Manager in the Consulting Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. He is part of the Customer practice and has deep experience in pricing and commercial analytics. He is a passionate, result-oriented commercial strategist focusing on topline growth. He helps clients transform their commercial models through creative redesign of product/service offerings, innovative use of digital technology and intelligent application of advanced analytics. He is a frequent speaker at Professional Pricing Society conferences.
Prior to joining EY, Gordon worked extensively in commercial technology consulting, including a global CRM service provider and a big data marketing science boutique.
Gordon holds an MSIE (Master's in Industrial Engineering) from the University of Iowa.
