Lori leads EY’s efforts to build an enabling environment and inclusive culture for people of all abilities and disabilities.

Bridging strategy, policies, programs, community outreach and partnerships, Lori helps educate on disability inclusion and embed accessibility across our organization.

Lori founded AccessAbilities, EY Americas’ disabilities professional network, and launched the We Care mental health education and peer support initiative, as well as EY’s Neuro-diverse Centers of Excellence. She speaks frequently on disability inclusion and is a member of the US Department of Labor’s Circle of Champions. Lori served on the Disability: IN Board of Directors, sits on its Global Leadership Committee, and is Board Vice-Chair of TransCen (a non-profit serving youth with disabilities).

A winner of both EY’s Chairman’s Values and Better Begins With You Awards, Lori has been with EY for 25 years. She is a graduate of Harvard University.
