How Sameer is building a better working world
Sameer enjoys engaging clients and colleagues in idea development — letting them take shape through free-flowing discussion and debate. That has been his philosophy when scaling teams, mentoring and coaching individuals, as well as getting feedback from his mentors. It all starts with an idea that takes shape in an unconstrained environment.
