Over the past 25 years, she has led sustainability transformation across sectors including energy, manufacturing, retail, consumer and pharmaceuticals, helping organizations deliver practical outcomes that support the transition to a low carbon, circular and inclusive economy. She also works closely with the EY Responsible Business team to support the organization's environmental sustainability ambitions.
Dr. Ivanova holds a PhD and MSc from the University of Manchester, UK, and an MSc from the University of Sofia, Bulgaria. She is widely acknowledged as a leader in the field of sustainability, having earned recognition as one of the top global sustainability executives according to several leading industry publications and is regularly invited as a keynote speaker on sustainability strategy, climate and natural capital, energy transition, and sustainability reporting.
