EY announce latest Jersey management promotions

EY has strengthened their management team with the promotions of Rob Cater and Devin Werner to Assurance Manager in their Jersey office.

Rob is a Chartered Accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). Before joining EY in Jersey in 2021, he began his career in Johannesburg, where he specialised in providing assurance services in banking and insurance. Rob works with clients within the asset management industry and has an extensive experience of supporting clients with the auditing of complex financial disclosures and regulatory requirements. Speaking on his new management role, Rob said: “EY prides itself on building high performing teams, so I am looking forward to mentoring and coaching junior team members to contribute towards this and supporting our clients with their reporting requirements.”

Devin is also a Chartered Accountant with SAICA and began his career in Johannesburg. Throughout his career he has gained significant experience within the banking industry. Since moving to Jersey he has gained an in-depth knowledge of Guernsey and Jersey reporting standards to support local banks with their reporting requirements. On his new role, Devin said: “I am excited for the new challenges ahead and looking forward to continuing to learn from the wealth of knowledge the EY network offers.”
