The seminar/webinar session started with the topic of Revised TFRS for NPAEs delivered by Koshiro Yamaoka, Takeshi Nakao and Kenji Fujimoto, followed by Keiichi Ushijima, guest speaker from EY Japan, speaking on ESG and sustainability trends in Japan and Thailand, which was very well received by the audience. Then, Hidenori Furukawa and Koji Yamaguchi walked the audience through the subject of Resilient supply chain, before insights on Key tax and legal update; and Indirect tax on ecommerce business were delivered by Takeshi Hayashibe and Hayato Matsuzaki.

A participant commented that, “Today, I participated in the venue for the first time. There were topics from various fields, and the content was very fulfilling.”

At the venue, EY’s Japanese Publication Desk was set up to distribute various EY publications to Japanese executives. The morning seminar was followed by 20 individual consultation sessions in the afternoon. EY Bangkok’s JBS team, led by Wichart Lokatekrawee, Yupa Wichitkraisorn and Kusuma Vivattanaprasert, has held annual seminars for EY Thailand and EY Japan clients since 2002.
