Cedric is an experienced tax professional who assists clients on a range of matters including internal reorganizations, initiating financing structures, and mergers and acquisitions. On the asset management side, his areas of specialization include private equity and hedge funds. Cedric has also demonstrated proficiency with structuring and restructuring issues and improvement of effective tax rate.

Cedric was awarded a master’s degree in corporate law and tax from the University of Montpellier I (DJCE). He has been an attorney since 2008.
