Passionate about bringing the unique skill sets of elite athletes to the business world. Inspired to drive the discussion around supporting athletes journeys off the field.

Areas of focus

With over 15 years experience in HR and consulting, and previously working in Australia, the UK and Canada, Kristy has led the development of Talent strategy initiatives including EY’s Athlete Programs and Women Athletes Business Network (WABN). She was also a key team member managing EY’s sponsorship of the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Kristy has also delivered on large-scale client transformation needs including operating model design, strategic change management and stakeholder engagement across a range of global industry groups.

She holds a degree in Behavioural Psychology from Australian Catholic University in her native Australia, where as a social worker she worked with homeless and at-risk youth developing a lifelong passion for community work.
