I believe that the financial sector has a huge role to play in driving sustainable development, and we’ll see an even more growing awareness and competence in sustainable finance.

How Rossella is building a better working world

“Maintaining a harmonious workplace is essential to building a well-organized and functioning team. I put a lot of effort into this aspect of work. I invest considerable time and energy into attracting talented resources from top Italian universities. These new professionals are then taught to be part of our teams through continuous training and counselling. I build my teams up through regular meetings, wherein each person is motivated and told how they contribute to the bigger picture. I believe this is necessary for not only better outputs or even their own personal development, but also so that each person in the CCaSS team realizes the value of their contribution to developing a better tomorrow.”
