With over 10 years of tax and tax policy knowledge, Rachel currently serves as the EY Americas Sustainability Tax Policy Leader in the EY Center of Excellence.
She has proven experience analyzing the legislative and regulatory landscape for global clients across industries and geographies, assessing impacts on compliance, costs, data needs, value chain, reputation and sustainability strategies.
Rachel focuses on sustainability policy and regulatory issues, including carbon pricing, environmental incentives measures, tax transparency, carbon border adjustment mechanisms and extended producer responsibility.
She is skilled in advocacy and stakeholder communication. Her past work focused on US tax reform and energy policy.
Rachel is a CPA licensed in Washington, DC, and North Carolina and earned a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
